Terms of Service

Effective March 30, 2026

Welcome to Naseeb. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Naseeb mobile application ("App") and all related services operated by BlackGem LLC ("Naseeb," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • You are not prohibited by law from using the App.
  • You have not been previously banned from Naseeb.
  • You have not been convicted of or pled no contest to any crime involving violence, threats of violence, or sexual misconduct.
  • You will maintain only one account at any time.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that all of the above are true.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile up to date. You may not transfer your account or create one on behalf of another person.

3. Identity Verification

Naseeb requires selfie-based identity verification. During onboarding, a selfie is compared against your profile photos using facial comparison technology. Your selfie is not visible to other users and is stored solely for verification and safety purposes.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Naseeb a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate the App. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

5. Prohibited Content

  • Nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
  • Violence, gore, or graphic material
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusive content
  • Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or bigotry
  • False, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Another person's information without consent
  • Photos of anyone other than you (except group photos where you are identifiable)
  • Commercial content, advertisements, or solicitations
  • Malicious software, harmful links, or spam
  • Content violating any applicable law

6. Prohibited Behavior

  • Harassing, stalking, threatening, or intimidating any user
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
  • Soliciting money, gifts, or financial information
  • Using the App for anything other than genuine personal connections
  • Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling the App
  • Interfering with or disrupting App operations
  • Creating multiple accounts or new accounts after a ban
  • Submitting false reports about other users

7. Other Users' Content

Content shared by other users belongs to them. You may not copy, save, screenshot, distribute, or misuse it. Naseeb does not endorse or verify the accuracy of other users' content.

8. Naseeb Premium

  • Payment charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the billing period ends.
  • Manage subscriptions in Apple ID account settings.
  • Deleting your Naseeb account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel through Apple.
  • Refunds handled by Apple per their policies.

Pricing may change. Changes apply to future billing periods with advance notice.

9. Stories

Verified users may post story videos (5 to 10 seconds). Visible for 24 hours, then automatically deleted. Subject to all content rules.

10. Messaging

Messages are private. We do not proactively read messages but may review them if reported or required by law. Unmatching or blocking makes conversations read-only. All messages deleted on account deletion.

11. Safety and Reporting

Report any user through the App. Block any user to prevent them from seeing your profile or contacting you. Blocked users are not notified.

Important: Naseeb does not conduct criminal background checks on users. We cannot guarantee the identity, character, or intentions of any user. Exercise caution when communicating and meeting in person. Always meet in public places and tell someone you trust.

12. Intellectual Property

All App content, features, design, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by BlackGem LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Contact support@blackgem.io first. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

Unresolved disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in New Jersey.

Class Action Waiver

Disputes resolved individually. You waive participation in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court.

14. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, connections, or any particular outcome.

15. Limitation of Liability

BlackGem LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or amounts paid to Naseeb in the twelve months preceding the claim.

16. General Provisions

Governing Law

State of New Jersey, United States.

Termination

Delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Modifications

We may update these Terms. Material changes notified via the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Severability

Unenforceable provisions do not affect the rest.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and BlackGem LLC.
